Head Process Engineer

Description :

XPAND Resources INC. has been requested by a major Operating company to provide an experienced Head of Process Engineering to oversee the company's efforts in developing new plants and lead the process group in establishing the design criteria for the new plants.

 Comprehensive package includes housing, living , transportation allowance and no local Taxes.

Qualifications :

Candidates must have balanced knowledge, experience and skills in process, actual basic and detailed design engineering for polymerization and fine chemicals plants. Must be familiar with simulation programs (FLUENT, POLYFLOW, polymer plus and ASPEN) and process design. Candidate must have experience of scale-up of developed process from lab scale to commercial scale. Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills. Candidate must be self motivated and able to monitor the Engineering companies progress and quality. Master or higher in Chemical Engineering. Korean language is considered an asset.

Experience :

Minimum 10 years prior EPC experience and operating experience in process basic design and detailed design engineering for petrochemical or polymer plants as well as supervisory experience.

Term :

1-2 year contract to be renewed
