Description :

XPAND Resources INC. has been requested by a major EPC contractor to provide an experienced Lead Commissioning Instrument Engineer as Part of the Project Management Team. Comprehensive package includes housing, living, transportation allowance and No Local Taxes.

Qualifications :

Candidates must have balanced knowledge, experience and skills with Ammonia and Urea Plant.The experience to include overseeing activities like cable laying,termination,setting up DCL and related support system,field instrument,instrumentation of heavy centrifugal compressors/steam turbines/gas turbines,anti surge controls and its setting up,vibration/thrust/other machines monitoring and protection,field instrumentation during the construction time.Candidate must have experience in installation,testing,pre-commissioning,commissioning of Ammonia Plants. Fluent in written and spoken English. Excellent communication skills.

Experience :

Minimum 15 years working experience incommissioning instrumentation engineering. Experience in Preparation of instrument specifications, Sizing for control valves, DCS specification and management, orifice plates and safety relief valves, technical bid evaluation, detail design planning and checking, vendor document review for instrumentation and packaged eguipment, logic diagrams, safety integrated level verification and risk assessment etc. Proven track record in similar role. Must have previous design experience of refineries, petrochemical plants, and chemical plants.
